I have never found a realtor quite as super hero as Sam. He is friendly, professional and knowledgable. I found him thru an old boss 7 years ago, and he immediately helped me buy my home. Since then I have used him to lease 2 homes and purchase another family home. He has had to deal with a lot for me and always does it with a smile. He continuously provides excellent service. I can't recommend Sam more highly. Starting with great advice on how to make minor changes to sell my current home, including suggesting a photographer that took some incredible pictures that really made my listing unique. While looking at homes, he didn't show me anything that wasn't what I had asked for and did all the upfront work so all I had to do was show up and check them out, it saved me hours of time by presenting all the facts and having a great online search tool. He found some real gems I hadn't seen online in my own previous searches. Once I found my dream home, the best part started! I was nervous about negotiating too strongly and losing the house I really wanted, but Sam handled it all like a professional and had great negotiating skills, you can tell he has a lot of experience in this area. I ended up with the house at a lower price than expected and was elated! I was extremely happy with the overall process, it was smooth and efficient and I had not experienced that in the past. I contacted Sam after he was referred to me by a friend who knew him personally. I interviewed him and one other realtor. He has a good balance between sticking to business and being friendly. I had three transactions to make (2 sales and a purchase) that all hit at once. He juggled them artfully, all the while making me feel like I was his only client. He was an excellent intermediary between me and the other parties in the transactions. He also priced my properties perfectly and helped me to identify which repairs were necessary and provided amazing photography that really showcased the properties that I sold. Both of my sales properties had solid offers within 24 hours of being on the market!!!! He also helped me find my dream home and helped me negotiate a good, fair market price. He was there to the end, helping me with a leaseback until my new home closed and even hiring a haul off service at the last minute when I got stuck in a pinch. Sam is AWESOME. He is sincere, very responsive, while at the same time very laid back. I never feel like he is a slick salesman- like some realtors. He is relaxed, takes his time with you, will answer any questions easily and you can trust him. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in the Austin market. Even though the Austin market moves fast, he doesn’t panic or make you feel rushed, all the while he’s “on it”. He helped me buy my first house and for the reasons above- I called him when I wanted to sell. Everything he advised me on from when to place my house on the market, to price, was right on. We had several offers on my house within 72 hours. He already knows when I am ready to buy again, I will be calling him.

Trust is key with a good real estate agent and Sam is very trustworthy. He has helped us buy two rental properties. He is very knowledgable of the Austin market and did a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of eyeballing all of the properties we have looked at over the last two years. We are now to a point with Sam where we do not need to look at the homes in order to make an offer because of our relationship and his knowledge of the rental market. He is also connected with sub contractors so he is really helpful post purchase as well. Sam also manages our properties and has done a great job.
